MorCan Direct was founded by Marcus Tzaferis and Joe Taibi, who together, have continuously shown an incredible passion, commitment, and knowledge of the mortgage industry. Nothing makes us happier than the fact that there are many mortgage brokers available to serve the needs of consumers looking for mortgages. In fact at the inception of MorCan Direct its two founders worked to develop and teach mortgage brokers licensing programs at local colleges to ensure that certain standards were met in the educational requirements of all mortgage brokers in Ontario. At MorCan Direct our goal is to create a more educated consumer that can make an educated and informed decision. A mortgage is a critical point in anyone’s life, and whether it is your first or fifteenth we hope we can help you understand every detail of your mortgage so you can decide for yourself which product will suit your needs best. We strive to ensure that predatory lending practices by the big 5 Canadian Banks are abandoned. By providing information as to how mortgages are priced and sold we believe that Canadians will be able make more informed decisions and save a great deal of money on their mortgages, and consumer debt.
